Quality Control Management has always been the most important issue at TY. From the very beginning, incoming material inspection, during production process, first article inspection、Operator inspection、Scheduled inspection by QC, at the end , the 100% visual check before packing. Every and Each process is strictly monitored by our quality control team.
In order to assure the best quality, we are equipped with all needed inspection equipments, including: 2D projector, 3D projector, Spectrometer, Plating thickness tester, Height gage, Surface treatment gage, etc.
